Purpose
3Pitbull Studio LLC uses this private eBay connection to display its own seller orders and fulfillment information on its Desk Pi dashboard. The connection requests read-only fulfillment access. It does not authorize purchases, refunds, listing changes or changes to eBay orders.
Information handled
When the seller authorizes the connection, eBay order responses are processed on the studio’s Mac. The dashboard presents order identifiers, item titles and quantities, order dates, payment and cancellation states, eBay fulfillment states and ship-by dates. Raw responses can include buyer contact information; the reader processes those responses in memory and omits buyer names, addresses, emails, phone numbers and tracking numbers from its dashboard output.
Storage and access
Seller connection credentials are kept in a private file on the studio’s Mac. The order reader does not save raw order responses to files. If the Pi order feed is enabled, it receives only the reduced dashboard output over the restricted studio connection. This is a private studio dashboard, not a public order-data service.
Account-deletion notices
The website’s account-deletion receiver verifies eBay’s signed notices and records the subject identifiers in an encrypted administrator inbox. App credentials used to retrieve public signing keys are also encrypted there. Seller refresh tokens are not stored in this website receiver.
Requests and retention
Account-deletion notices require manual review by the studio. The receiver does not automatically erase other records. The review considers the applicable records in the website, Mac, Pi, shipping documents and backups. Existing store orders, labels, packing slips and other business records have separate purposes and are not automatically removed by this dashboard connection. Retention and removal are reviewed in the systems that hold those records.
